The DIM SUM & THEN SOME: The Uptown 5K/10K and Kids Dash is not just your average race—it combines the thrill of a 5K or 10K run/walk with the flavors of dim sum and bubble tea.
Argyle Night Market
The annual tradition is already underway - last night was the second market night. The event runs every Thursday through the end of August. Check it out!

We had another great turnout in June. Join us on July 26 at Margate Park!

Coming Soon: Yard Sale
Those who have lived in the neighborhood long enough remember there being an annual neighborhood yard sale. Though we will not be bringing the full event back this summer, we will have one of our neighborhood buildings host its own yard sale, which will serve as a pilot and a kickoff for planning a larger event in 2026. More details to come in our August newsletter. If you’re interested in leading planning efforst for events like a neighborhood yard sale, let us know.
